Mark Creech
Senior Pastor


Mark came to serve as our Senior Pastor in December of 2006. In September of 2006, Mark and his wife, Linda K., celebrated twenty-five years of marriage. They have three sons, Justin, Keilan, and Nolan. They served as missionaries to Brazil with the International Mission Board for nine years before coming to Kathleen Baptist Church. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Mark also earned graduate degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Ordained and Licensed by Peniel Baptist Church in Palatka, Florida, Mark has served churches in Texas and Florida before answering the call to international missions. Mark’s personal mission statement reads, “I desire to be enlightened and empowered by the Spirit of God so that I can experience and express the love of God.”

Randy Willett
Executive Pastor of Education


The First Baptist Church of Pinellas Park, Florida licensed Randy to preach in 1977 and ordained in 1978. He has served several churches in the panhandle and central Florida since that time. Educationally, he has an Associate of Arts degree in Elementary Education from St. Petersburg Junior College and has a Religious Education Diploma from Baptist College of Florida in Graceville, Florida, where he graduated in 1977. He was married to Shannon Gibson in 1965. They have two children, Shawn and Heather. They also have four granddaughters and one grandson. Pastor Randy came to KBC in 2002 as Pastor of Education and began serving as the Executive Pastor in 2005. His calling is to the church and to assist the Senior Pastor in carrying out the tasks of KBC of Worship, Evangelism, Discipleship, Ministry and Fellowship.

Brent Lipham
Interim Minister of Music


Brent has been married for 28 years to his wife, Canette. They have two daughters, ages 24 and 23, and two sons, ages 15 and 7. He is currently employed as the Local Operations Manager for People's Gas of Lakeland and Avon Park.

Ryan Rouse
Student Pastor


Ryan and his wife, Anna, came to our church in May of 2008. Ryan has earned both Bachelor and Master degrees in Bible and was ordained in February of 2004. The Rouses have now been in full-time youth ministry for over five years and are excited to be a part of what God is doing at Kathleen Baptist!
